It was incorporated in June of 1996 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Esplugues de Llobregat, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the following activities: selling of neutral spirits and ethyl alcohol which are used in blended wines and distilled liquors; selling wine, such as barely wine, rice wine, and plum wine; and selling distilled alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wheat beer, and ale. In addition, the company sells its products under various brand names and distributes these products to supermarkets, liquor stores, bars and restaurants.
